Followed by drinks reception and 'talk' in the Magdalen Centre.

7.30pm The Jesus Prayer 

A short contemplative service of prayer.

8.30pm Compline by Candlelight (Lady Chapel)

A short sung service of night prayer.

Mondays

Monday Tea Pot

10.30am - 12pm The First Monday of each month

​

Join us for a cuppa, a cake and the chance to meet and chat with others. We have a short (optional) service with well known hymns.

​

We welcome those with memory issues, mental health and physical difficulties. Carers are also welcome.

Join 450,000 young people across the UK to learn survival skills, first aid, computer programming, or even how to fly a plane. There’s something for every young person. A great way to have fun, make friends, get outdoors, experience the wider world and reach your full potential.

Tuesdays

Knit for Peace

1.30 - 3.30pm

​

An opportunity to meet, socialise and change the world (a little) at the same time. A relaxed and social environment to chat while knitting clothing and blankets given to Syrian and Iraqi refugees.

​

All faiths, ages and abilities welcome.

Thursdays

Luncheon Club

11.30am - 1.30pm

​

Since its formation in 1974 the Luncheon Club has provided the chance for aged, like-minded parishioners to meet over a hot meal, chat and join a Communion service from 11.30am.

 

Please let us know in advance if you'd like to attend by getting in touch. We ask for a contribution of £5 per person to cover food and preparation costs.
